As your mediation or litigation support, we work closely with your mediator or legal team depending on your situation. We provide the financial calculations and reports needed to gain clarity on the financial aspects related to your divorce. Collaborative Divorce
Collaborative divorce is a team approach to the divorce process. As the financial neutral on the team, we work with both spouses, an attorney and a mental health professional to consider the goals and interests of the family. Our role on your team is to provide both spouses with the financial clarity needed to make thoughtful decisions.
Post-Divorce Transition Guidance
Once you're divorce is settled, there are still additional financial steps to complete. We will help you finalize such things as QDRO transfers, update account beneficiaries, divide IRA's and investment accounts, create new budgets along with updating estate plans.
